Each piece sold at Actually Moroccan is one-of-a kind. Our team in Morocco goes to local markets and hand-selects each individual piece. Vintage fashion is not a widely accepted concept in Morocco, and these beautiful pieces are given to elderly women to sell- usually as their sole source of income. Our team fosters relationships with these women and buys these pieces from them in order to upcycle and resell to other markets. The resale of these items directly benefits vulnerable populations in Morocco.

Additionally, our Moroccan buying team is 100% women. Our buying team fosters connections with the sellers, and our buying team is also able to make income using their social network and helping those in need.
